SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time 3-5 days (before shipping)

3-7 days shipping once scanned by USPS.

Once your package has been sent out, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for your package once in USPS facility. 

It's USPS job to deliver your package.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

There will be NO RETURN/REFUNDS. 
All sales are FINAL! 

If the item for some reason arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible along with proof of the item being damage. Then we would consider replacing, or giving you store credit only if you contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

We uses a number of oils in our products that include ( Grape-seed, Coconut, and Vitamin E Oil) If you do have an allergy, we would suggest NOT purchasing our products. Oils will be listed in products description if used.  

RETURN/ EXCHANGE

We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges due to Covid and sanitary purposes!

WRONG ADDRESS - The customer is responsible for adding the correct address at check out. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, PLEASE CONTACT USPS. 

MISSING PACKAGE - If your package goes missing by USPS please contact USPS. 

DELIVERED - If your package is marked delivered and its not in your mailbox, PLEASE CONTACT USPS. ( they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package.) 

Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the end of checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent via email address provided at checkout.
